On November 9, at 7:00 PM I will give a lecture on my sabbatical trip entitled Multiple Truth“.  The event will be hosted by WCC at the Towsley Auditorium in the Morris Lawrence Building.  The talk will focus on my experiences at Tahrir Square during the Egyptian Revolution and will highlight the situation in Iraq as well as include some memorable encounters in Israel and Palestine.  I hope to see you there!  Please spread the word and help me fill Towsley Auditorium.

Preceding the lecture, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM,  a reception will be held at Gallery One at the Student Center Buildings for the opening of the photo exhibition showcasing photos from Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq and Israel.  Refreshments will be served.  Don’t miss it.

Look out for the students from the Arts Club who will sell Egyptian papyri, travel posters and trinkets for their annual Fundraiser.

On November 17, at 7:30 PM, University of Michigan Professor Victor Lieberman will highlight the Arab-Israeli conflict in a lecture presented at the College Theater in the Liberal Arts and Science Building, room 175.   Please plan on attending this informative event.
